I was initially skeptical about finding a mover through uShip, but I was extremely happy with Manifest Moving and would absolutely recommend them.
I was moving a 10x10 storage unit long-distance and originally planned to DIY to save money. I had gotten a few professional quotes, but they were high and most companies couldn’t accommodate my timeline on such short notice. I was specifically looking for a company that was licensed, insured, and would actually take good care of my belongings. From the initial bid on uship, Manifest stood out.
Andrew was great to work with - courteous, polite, and willing to work with me on scheduling and price to make sure everything worked for both of us. He was also able to schedule my move for the following week. Every single person I dealt with was pleasant and professional, and communication was excellent from start to finish.
On move day, the crew showed up right on schedule and had my entire storage unit loaded into the truck in about an hour. They were attentive to my instructions, wrapped everything securely, and were friendly and professional throughout.
Drew and Seth handled the unload like champs - they handled everything carefully (navigating two tight flights of stairs), assembled furniture, and didn't rush anything - even though I knew they were trying to get back on the road ahead of the snow.
The price was more than DIY, but lower than other full-service quotes I received and absolutely worth it for a full-service long-distance move with this level of care and communication.
These guys deserve every single star. I would 100% use them again and wish they were local to my new area.

We had a move with. Manifest Shipping this week. From start to finish, the company was professional and courteous. Their quote was comparable to other companies we approached, but included disassembly and reassembly of furniture, and they allowed for some last minute additions. On moving day, the team kept us aware of a slight delay, and with a 5 member team, had very efficient loading. They completed the drive and unloading the next day as it was a 4 hour drive. The team of 2 unloaded, and went the extra mile to get all boxes to proper rooms, including the garage attic storage area. All staff were personable and attentive to details. It made our move so much easier. I would definitely recommend this team. They went the extra mile for us.

We have moved several times and can’t recommend a better company than these guys! This was our second move with them and we got the best price compared to others, but really where Andrew and his crew excels is their overall professionalism, behavior and flexibility. We had to sell one of our car 2 days before the move due to an issue and that resulted us getting stuck with more furniture and luggage than what we originally planned for. I was super worried that maybe all won’t fit in their truck (which was a decent size truck for a 2BR house) - Andrew did an amazing job in packing every little thing inside the truck in most compact way, disassembled almost every furniture and got all of those in the truck. We moved from Columbus OH to Charlotte NC in one day and our stuff arrived the next day morning. Seth and Drew did a great job in putting everything together. The thing that I love about manifest movers is the fact they do everything with a smile in their face and it seems they almost enjoy their work (I say that with a surprise cause I don’t understand how I would love carrying a 14” mattress from 2 floors lol) - Anyway, they are really amazing - if you are thinking of moving small or big, they really are your guys! Great job Andrew and team!

We had a great experience with Manifest Shipping. The entire 5 man crew was professional, polite, and efficient. We had a lot of heavy, awkward furniture to move. Everything was carefully wrapped and moved to our new house without any damages to our belongings or properties. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great moving company.

Recently had the opportunity to use the services of Manifest Shipping. I sold a house and had some issues with closing date on the house I was buying. Manifest was very understanding and flexible with the date and delivery changes. The moving crews were friendly, efficient and were careful with my belongings. One item was very important to me and I asked them to be careful with it. Because they didn’t have far to go, a crew member put the item in his car so it wouldn’t get bounced around in the truck. When I was finally able to get into my new house, the crew arrived with my things on time and unloaded everything carefully and efficiently. Not one thing was broken! I would highly recommend Manifest to anyone who is moving and wants to be assured their belongings will be handled with care. I also very much appreciated the crew’s sense of humor! There were some issues, as expected, getting a couple things through the door but it didn’t take the guys long to find solutions. They made a stressful move fun - well, as much fun as you can have carrying furniture uphill! Hire them!

We have a positive experience with Manifest Moving. The crews had been great and very professional. They moved our stuff out of the house, stored them for a few weeks, and moved them back to our new house. They arrived on-time and got to work right away once they arrived. They were very careful moving stuff in and out of the house and wrapped fragile items as necessary. The communications and coordination about the moves with Andrew had been excellence! All of my inquiries were promptly responded. Eric, the crew leader, was excellence also. He helped us disassembled a treadmill that were too big for moving out of the basement. I would highly recommend them for moving services.

The Manifest Moving team was amazing! I was moving from a 3 level townhome which had a lot of stairs to my forever newly built home. After many recommendations, I chose to hire Manifest Shipping for my recent move. The crew was on time, friendly and very respectful. I appreciate that they took the time to wrap my delicate furniture pieces in blankets before taking them to the truck. They also paid close attention when maneuvering large items through my home and were careful not to damage anything.
Moving can be very stressful, but the guys at Manifest were able to take a lot of that stress away by making my move as easy as possible! They were quick, efficient and responsible. I will definitely be recommending Manifest Shipping to everyone I know!

Exceptional! This was my first time using a moving company and I truly have no complaints. Andrew and his team were punctual, efficient, friendly, and even agreed to an unplanned stop to pick up recently-purchased furniture. They were noticeably careful when moving heavy items to avoid damaging the item itself and the house, and voluntarily reassembled furniture at the new house. I was honestly impressed with their work ethic and how they worked non-stop for 6-7 hours. For how much they worked, the hour-plus of driving (one way), and the assistance with taking down furniture etc., the price was entirely fair. If I need to move again, I would definitely use them and wholeheartedly recommend this company!

The movers did an excellent job with my mom’s move from Xenia to a senior living community in Columbus. The communication leading up to the move and throughout the process gave me a lot of confidence. The 5 person team arrived on time, were thoughtful, courteous, organized and careful with my mom’s things. They made it very easy. They set up the furniture in the apartment too.

This IS the moving company you're looking for. They are kind and professional. For our move, the final cost came in below the estimate (we packed a bunch of stuff ourselves and sold a few pieces of furniture before they arrived). The guys are smart, hard-working, on-time, caring, no standing around kinda guys. Eric and Andrew (owners) are fair and honest. I've always hated my moving company after the move. I love these guys. We have been planning our move for months and were so nervous about getting some very heavy pieces of furniture moved out of our home, having to navigate narrow stairs that wrap 180 degrees. An upright piano was the first item to be moved and we watched in awe as two young men lifted it with no problem and carried it out our front door. Item after item went safely and carefully into the pod we rented. They were strategic and made everything fit and covered it all with care as if it was their own. They were professional, and polite. We will be hiring this group to unload our pod and move the stuff into our new home! Highly recommend!

So many positive things to say about Manifest Shipping. We used them for a local move to a new home. During scheduling, an owner provided details about what to expect. He offered flexibility with our moving dates and times.
On moving day Manifest Shipping arrived at the expected time with a large team. All were professionally dressed in their Manifest Shipping attire. They worked well together as a team. It was evident they had a system and flow that maximized efficiency, which was especially important to me because we were paying for their services by the hour.
Manifest Shipping crew provided care and protection of our furniture during packing beyond what I had experienced with previous moves – using blankets and plastic stretch wrap for most non-boxed items. There were several times when team members asked questions about what my preferences were as they placed furniture and boxes in their final space in our new home. Before departing our new home, the lead again asked whether anything needed relocated.
Our move required placing a portion of the items from the home we were selling into a storage unit for a few weeks. They not only packed their trucks efficiently - like a giant Jenga game - but also the storage unit. During moves to and from the storage unit and to our new home, nothing was damaged in any way, and nothing went missing.
There were also several large items that needed to be taken to a donation center. The team willingly added the extra stop on to the route - even though it was the end of a long day for them.
Overall, the team’s performance was an A+. The crews for both phases of the move were polite, friendly, and respectful. They helped me navigate what was otherwise a personally stressful and emotional time.
We highly recommend Manifest Shipping without reservation.

This was our 2nd time using Manifest Shipping and they did not disappoint!!! Both times we have used them we have been amazed by their efficiency and professionalism.
Not only did they move everything out of our rental home to our new home, they moved everything out of our storage unit to our new home. Trash & furniture we didn't want or need they loaded into the back of our truck so my husband could dispose of it. And god love their hearts, they moved our outdoor furniture (we have a ton) around a million times until I was finally happy with the placing 😬 And they were so sweet and patient with me!!!
Their final price came in quite a bit lower than the estimate they originally gave us (wasn’t upset with that at all lol) They told us at the end that they always estimate on the higher side to be safe.
This company has truly perfected their craft and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

The best moving experience. Ova and Christian arrived at the scheduled time. They were professional in appearance, communication, and handled the furniture with care. When I called to schedule, Andrew was most helpful. The quote was exactly the way it happened. If the need for movers arises again, I will call Manifest.

On time - hard working and neat. Very professional. Even took time to hook up the television which was much appreciated given I wasn’t familiar with the equipment. They offered to relocate furniture after moving it into spaces. Would recommend this company and I will not hesitate to use them again. Scheduling was quick and easy and Andrew communicated up until the day of the move.

Having moved our daughter last year I know how hard it was to do everything from driving the truck to carrying the furniture up and down stairs. I talked with several moving companies and after talking with Andrew at Manifest I found him to be honest and upfront about the potential move. We chose Manifest and on move day his guys were prompt first thing in the morning. Seth, Elijah, Ryan, and Nate were all friendly professional and very helpful. Before we knew it they had everything out and loaded into the truck and we’re on their way to the new place. By the time I got to the new place they had half the truck unloaded and up the two flights of stairs into the new place. They were done with the entire move in 2.5 hours. They did an amazing job and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move. If there’s another move in the future they will be my first and only call. AAA+ rating on these guys.
